Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–5 working days
Other cities in Pakistan: 3–7 working days
In rare cases (weather, courier delay, public holidays), delivery may take longer.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges: Rs. 150 – Rs. 300 (depending on city & weight)
Free delivery may be available on selected offers or bulk orders (if announced)

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Please keep exact cash ready for smooth delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email.
You can track your parcel using the courier service website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times.
If the order is not received, it may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

7. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed more than expected, contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
